Do I ever need to update my driver documents? YES, Both Drivers and Shippers are responsible for keeping their documents up to date.
Should a driver or shipper allow their information to fall out of date, and it is brought to the attention of the Highway Direct staff for whatever reason, an email will be sent to the user to request the updated information. If this request is ignored for more than 15 days, the account will be suspended until the situation is rectified.
