What happens if a driver rejects my load after being awarded the load?
Drivers do not have to take all confirmed loads. They are encouraged to bid on a few loads at a time to move traffic more swiftly and smoothly through the system. However, drivers only have 24 hours to make a decision. Once this time has expired shippers are tasked with choosing another bidder. Swift decisions by both drivers and shippers are encouraged and rewarded with good feedback, and preferential bidding practices in theory.
